Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional who meets the following mandatory criteria:
- Ex-Gulf Status: Prioritized consideration for returning workers with a documented history of service in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, or Oman. Comprehensive knowledge of GCC household etiquette and standards is essential.
- Training: Formal certification in Professional Housekeeping or Homecare Management is highly preferred to ensure adherence to international service standards.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken English is mandatory. A functional command of Arabic is a significant competitive advantage for navigating household communications.
- Discretion & Ethics: A profound understanding of privacy and confidentiality protocols within a high-profile private family environment.
- Professional Character: Unwavering integrity, strict punctuality, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving household operational challenges.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and the ability to provide verifiable references from previous Gulf-based employers.
- Demographics & Age: This vacancy is open to Female Kenyan Nationals aged 20–35 years. An age extension of up to 45 years is exclusively available for candidates who demonstrate advanced competency in authentic Arabic Cuisine.
Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive Housekeeping: Manage all aspects of cleaning, including dusting high-value furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping various floor types (marble, tile, or wood).
- Laundry & Pressing: Handle the washing, drying, and professional ironing of the family’s wardrobe. Ensure delicate items are hand-washed or sent for dry cleaning as required.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a spotless kitchen environment, ensuring all appliances are clean, surfaces are sanitized, and dishes are handled with care.
- Home Management: Keep a detailed eye on household supplies (cleaning agents, toiletries, groceries) and notify the employer when items need to be replenished.
- Bedding & Linens: Ensure bed linens are changed regularly and beds are made to a high hotel-standard finish.
- Organization: Maintain order in closets, pantries, and living areas using professional organizational techniques.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the home is free of hazards and that all cleaning chemicals are used and stored safely according to homecare protocols.
