Delight HR Services is recruiting professional, friendly, and customer-focused Salon Staff for reputable beauty salons in Doha, Qatar.

We are seeking qualified Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists, Nail Technicians, Makeup Artists, Eyelash & Eyebrow Technicians, and Salon Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional beauty services and outstanding customer care.

The successful applicant should demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality beauty and wellness services.

• Provide professional hairdressing and beauty services.
• Perform hair cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments.
• Carry out manicure and pedicure services.
• Apply nail enhancements and nail art where applicable.
• Perform facials and skincare treatments.
• Provide waxing, threading, and eyebrow shaping services where qualified.
• Apply professional makeup for different occasions.
• Recommend suitable beauty products and treatments to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Sterilize salon tools according to hygiene standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage appointments professionally.
• Maintain accurate client service records where required.
• Follow salon policies, health, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Female applicants only.
• Age between 22 and 40 years.
• Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous salon experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant beauty training are encouraged to apply.
• Ex-Gulf experience is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate to Qatar.
